Product Overview
GH3128 is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy that is strengthened by tungsten and molybdenum in solid solution, along with boron, cerium, and zirconium to enhance grain boundary strength. The alloy features high plasticity, excellent long-term creep resistance, and good oxidation resistance. It also exhibits excellent processing properties, such as stamping and welding. GH3128 offers superior overall performance compared to similar nickel-based solid-solution alloys (such as GH3044 and GH3536), making it especially well-suited for long-term operation in high-temperature environments. The alloy is commonly used for manufacturing key components in aerospace engine combustion chambers, afterburners, and other high-temperature parts.
