Product Overview
GH3044 is a solid solution-strengthened nickel-based oxidation-resistant alloy with outstanding oxidation resistance, suitable for long-term operation in environments up to 900°C. The alloy has good plasticity and moderate thermal strength, making it particularly suitable for the manufacture of critical components such as main combustion chambers and afterburners in aerospace engines. Its excellent welding performance and stamping process make it widely used in the production of high-temperature components. The alloy's microstructure consists mainly of austenite with a small amount of carbides, which help maintain its excellent performance.
