Product Overview
High purity niobium targets are made from 99.95% pure niobium metal, refined using a vacuum electron beam (EB) melting process to ensure high-quality material. Niobium targets are silver-gray in color, exhibiting excellent physical properties such as a high melting point (2477°C) and low density (8.57g/cm³). The targets are produced with advanced rolling techniques and precise annealing temperature control, ensuring grain size between 30-80 microns and surface roughness less than Ra 0.4μm, providing stable and uniform performance in thin film deposition.
