Product Overview
Hafnium dioxide (HfO₂) pellets are high-purity ceramic materials with a wide bandgap and high dielectric constant, making them ideal for thin-film fabrication and electronic applications. These pellets are white or black, with a density of 9.7 g/cm³ and an exceptionally high melting point of 2500°C. Chemically stable and insoluble in water, they exhibit excellent resistance to harsh conditions. At elevated temperatures, HfO₂ maintains its stability, enabling the deposition of dense and uniform films via electron beam evaporation.
