\nNano zinc oxide is a multifunctional, novel inorganic material with particle sizes ranging from 1 to 100 nanometers. It exhibits excellent thermal stability and unique mechanical, electrical, and optical properties. Zinc oxide possesses a wide bandgap semiconductor characteristic with a bandgap of 3.37 eV. It exists in different crystal structures, with the wurtzite structure being the most stable. Due to its fine grain size, nano zinc oxide demonstrates significantly enhanced physical and chemical properties at the nanoscale.<\/p>\n\n
