It is widely used in hydrogenation reactions for unsaturated fatty hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons. It is especially effective for processes such as jet fuel de-aromatization, benzene hydrogenation to cyclohexane, phenol hydrogenation to cyclohexanol, industrial n-hexane hydrogenation, and the hydrogenation refining of white oil and lubricating oil. Additionally, it can serve as a high-efficiency liquid-phase desulfurization catalyst or as a sulfur protection agent in catalytic reforming. After stabilization treatment, the catalyst exhibits high strength and excellent activity, enabling the reduction of residual aromatic or unsaturated hydrocarbons to ppm levels after hydrogenation.
