\nGallium Selenide (Ga\u2082Se\u2083) is a black solid formed by the reaction of gallium and selenium at high temperatures. It has a sphalerite crystal structure with a space group of F43m (No. 216) and exists in two structural forms: \u03b1-Gallium Selenide and \u03b2-Gallium Selenide. \u03b1-Ga\u2082Se\u2083 is stable at low temperatures, while \u03b2-Ga\u2082Se\u2083 is stable at high temperatures, with a phase transition occurring between 550\u00b0C and 600\u00b0C. As an inorganic chemical, Gallium Selenide is widely used in industrial and chemical research applications.<\/p>\n\n
