Product Overview:
Static Dust Suppressant is a safe and environmentally friendly liquid water-soluble polymer, mainly used to form a crust and seal the surface of materials. It effectively prevents oxidation, corrosion, dust dispersion, and reduces material loss during long-term storage. This product can also be used as a soil stabilizer, offering safety and convenience. Its high film-forming ability allows it to create a solid and waterproof crust on material surfaces (such as coal, soil, or sand), effectively trapping dust particles. It forms a solidified shell 5-10mm thick by capturing, adsorbing, and agglomerating dust particles, providing dust control, anti-corrosion, and erosion protection.

Applications:
Static Dust Suppressant is widely used in storage areas for materials like coal, soil, and sand, especially in sites requiring dust control and material sealing. Additionally, it can be used as a soil stabilizer in soil protection and landscaping projects, offering excellent results.

Usage Instructions & Dosage:

• Dilute the dust suppressant before use. The recommended dilution ratio is 1:10 to 1:15.
• The spraying application amount is typically 1–2.5kg of diluted solution per square meter. The specific amount can be adjusted based on the duration of material storage or combined with other additives.
• The recommended working temperature is above 5°C. Spray uniformly using a water spray system (e.g., mist cannon, water truck with soft hose).

Storage & Shelf Life:

• Packaged in 200 kg plastic barrels with a shelf life of 3 months.
• Store in temperatures ranging from 5°C to 30°C, avoiding direct sunlight, and seal the product.
• If the temperature drops below 5°C, the product may be damaged, so thermal insulation measures should be taken to prevent freezing.
