CMK-3 is an ordered mesoporous carbon material prepared through the nanocasting method. The preparation process uses ordered mesoporous silica material SBA-15 as a template. Under specific conditions, carbon precursor fills the pores of SBA-15, and after high-temperature pyrolysis, the template is removed, leaving a mesoporous carbon structure with a topology opposite to that of SBA-15. CMK-3 features an excellent pore structure and high surface area, making it widely applicable in fields such as catalysis, energy storage, and drug delivery. It exhibits outstanding performance, especially as a catalyst support and supercapacitor electrode material.
