Product Description
Gallium Selenide (Ga₂Se₃) is a black solid formed by the reaction of gallium and selenium at high temperatures. It has a sphalerite crystal structure with a space group of F43m (No. 216) and exists in two structural forms: α-Gallium Selenide and β-Gallium Selenide. α-Ga₂Se₃ is stable at low temperatures, while β-Ga₂Se₃ is stable at high temperatures, with a phase transition occurring between 550°C and 600°C. As an inorganic chemical, Gallium Selenide is widely used in industrial and chemical research applications.
