Product Overview
PFA (Perfluoropropylvinyl Ether-Tetrafluoroethylene Copolymer) is a melt-processable form of PTFE, known for its exceptional chemical stability, mechanical properties, electrical insulation, high-frequency characteristics, aging resistance, weatherability, flame retardancy, and thermal stability. PFA performs roughly twice as well as standard PTFE at high temperatures and has superior performance compared to FEP. PFA products can be processed through various techniques such as spraying, rolling, extrusion, injection molding, transfer molding, and compression molding, making them ideal for industries like chemicals, machinery, electronics, aerospace, medical, food, and semiconductors.

Key Features

  • Outstanding Chemical Stability: Highly resistant to acids, alkalis, solvents, and other chemicals, suitable for use in harsh chemical environments.
  • High-Temperature Performance: Exhibits excellent mechanical performance at high temperatures, able to withstand temperatures up to twice that of standard PTFE.
  • Aging and Weather Resistance: Maintains stable performance over long periods in harsh environments, with minimal aging.
  • Non-Stick and Wear Resistance: Its surface resists dirt accumulation and wear, ensuring long-term stability and durability.
  • Flame Retardant and Thermally Stable: Features excellent thermal stability and self-extinguishing properties, making it suitable for high-temperature and fire-prone environments.
  • Electrical Insulation and High-Frequency Characteristics: Provides excellent electrical insulation, ideal for electronic and electrical applications.
  • Versatile Processability: Can be molded using various processing technologies (such as spraying, injection molding, etc.), adaptable to different industry needs.
