Product Overview
Tantalum pentoxide (Ta₂O₅) is a white, high-purity powder with an exceptionally high refractive index, high dielectric constant, and excellent chemical stability. It has a melting point of 1872°C and a density of 8.20g/cm³. It is insoluble in water and most acids but can dissolve in hot concentrated hydrofluoric acid. Tantalum pentoxide remains stable even at high temperatures, making it ideal for use in electronics, optics, and the chemical industry.
