Product Overview
Iridium lumps are silver-white metallic blocks with extremely high hardness and chemical stability. They have a high density and melting point, with a face-centered cubic crystal structure, making them resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. Iridium’s chemical properties are highly stable, and it does not easily react with acids but slightly dissolves in aqua regia and can be corroded in highly alkaline environments. Due to its unique physical and chemical properties, iridium is widely used in high-precision and high-temperature applications.
