High-activity hydrocracking catalyst is an advanced catalytic material designed for efficient hydrocarbon conversion, enabling selective cracking of heavy feedstocks into high-value products such as gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. Engineered with optimized metal-supported formulations, it ensures superior reaction kinetics, enhanced hydrogenation efficiency, and prolonged operational lifespan. This catalyst is widely used in petroleum refining, fuel upgrading, and petrochemical processing, delivering high-performance results in controlled hydrocracking environments.
Product Overview
This hydrocracking catalyst is made using a specially formulated 3974 amorphous large-pore silica-alumina combined with MUY zeolite, designed specifically for the hydrocracking process of middle distillates. It is mainly used in the production of jet fuel, diesel, and other similar products. The catalyst is highly adaptable, efficiently processing low-quality feedstocks such as those containing fouling waxes, as well as heavy materials with high aromatic content. It offers excellent middle-oil selectivity and high catalytic activity, enabling the efficient production of high-quality hydrocracking products with a small amount of naphtha as a by-product. Additionally, the tail oil from a single-pass process can be used as a raw material for steam cracking to produce ethylene, or even as a feedstock for lubricating oil base oil production. This catalyst is widely applicable across various hydrocracking processes and provides flexible operational capabilities.
Key Features
- High Activity and Selectivity: Exceptional hydrogenation activity and middle-oil selectivity, delivering high catalytic efficiency during the hydrocracking process.
