Copper cathode sheets are high-purity materials used in various industrial applications, including electrical power generation, electronic components manufacturing, and chemical processing. They are known for their excellent electrical conductivity, high thermal conductivity, and unique properties.
Product Overview
Copper cathode sheets are high-purity copper sheets refined through electrolysis from crude copper. In the production process, crude copper (99% copper content) is used as the anode, and an electrolytic solution of sulfuric acid and copper sulfate is used. Copper ions dissolve from the anode and migrate to the cathode, where pure copper is deposited to form electrolytic copper. This process ensures that the copper purity reaches 4N-7N levels, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
